Youth Tennis League-Registration Form  Summer 2010

This is being conducted through the Koppa Tennis Academy out of Nicolet High School and Grafton High School.   We will be forming as many teams as we need to but hope to have at least 2 teams as we did last summer.   The matches will be conducted privately through country clubs and tennis centers therefore the practices and matches will be supervised by the actual tennis pro/coach.   This is geared for the Recreation player not the state ranked players.  The idea is to learn how to keep score in a match situation playing full court.  Also, strategies and positioning for both singles and doubles is addressed.

*Structured practice once a week-Mondays 10:45-11:50

*Match Play is on Wednesday.  Time to be arranged. Last summer matches were either at 12 or 3 not both.

*Travel is required for most matches (Need to find your own transportation)

*Ages 10-16 (some flexibility with this)

*Starts June21-August 4

Summer participation flat fee $120.00 per student payable a head of season.   This breaks down as 7 supervised practices and 7 coached matches being approximately $8.50 each time. (There is no prorating with this program)

I hereby waive and release the camp directors, camp support and Grafton High School liability for any injuries and illnesses incurred while in the league.   I hereby warrant that my child is a participant in this program.
